MacDonald & Co. is a privately-held communications firm wholly-owned by its principals. Established in 1990, it was founded on the knowledge that a select group of clients in both the public and private sector required senior communications counsel and program management provided by a small, tightly-knit, highly-interactive group of experienced consultants.
The staff is almost all senior consultants who have been top-level managers in other agencies in Toronto. All are billed at the same rate and work as a group in the formation of strategy and tactics for the company's clients. The all-senior formula is based on the belief that senior professionals are more cost-efficient in the production of the right product the first time and that our clients should not pay to train our new staff. A short list of trusted, proven outside resources provides those services we do not have internally.
The successful strategy of the company has built a diversified client base with key components in each of consumer products, financial services, institutional and professional services areas. |
